Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Baytown, TX The motivated and detail-oriented candidate selected for this position will lead a team of eight technicians and will ensure that all equipment stays in good working order. As a leader, you?ll provide ongoing training and counseling, and facilitate team-building, personal development goals and safety consciousness. As a mechanical maintenance expert, you?ll oversee the facility?s MaintStar PM Program and develop, implement and schedule preventative maintenance procedures. To qualify, you should have 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role. A BS degree in ME is preferred. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
