Experience needs to include PCT plant assignments in production units;? Must have a sound working knowledge of the maintenance and engineering of instrument, electrical, and programmable systems;? Strong interpersonal and communications skills;? Must have the ability to interact with all levels of the site organization;? Experienced in conducting failure analyses and root-cause analyses of reliability or operational issues and developing sustainable corrective and preventive actions;? Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;? Previous experience using SAP and InTools;?
