Lead Operator - Steel Pipe Production in Baytown, TX

Lead Operator Fantastic growing company, in the Houston Area, is seeking several qualified Lead Operators to start ASAP in a permanent job! The successful individual must be able to perform essential duties, have knowledge, skills and experience in required to meet Key Performance Indicators. Working directly with the pipeline Team Lead, you would be responsible for the assigned production work and personnel. Must be able to set up and operate work center machines to achieve production and quality. Also required to train other operators and assist during their learning curve. Also responsible for inspection of progress and finished product, verification of raw materials, safety processes and other duties as assigned. Must have a minimum of three year's experience with machining steel pipe. Also, High School Diploma and ability to speak, read and write English is essential to being considered. Should be able to speak clearly and effectively before groups of customers, employees , etc. Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
